Boxing All Levels

Duration: 60 Minutes

Best For: Great class for Intermediate to experienced boxers, all levels welcome

Equipment: 16oz Gloves, Hand Wraps. Optional, Mouthguard, Head Gear, Skipping rope

Description: A challenging physical session with a focus on improving & practicing individual boxing skills while under fatigue. this is Doyle Boxing Club's original class, structured to improve, Boxing Skills, fitness & mental toughness. The Class is run with in a safe & respectful environment.

Boxing Skills & Drills

Duration: 45 Minutes

Best For: All Levels

Equipment: 16oz Gloves, Hand Wraps. Optional, Mouthguard, Head Gear, Skipping rope

Description: Good session to focus on boxing skills. You will develop your skills & have a greater understanding of the noble art of boxing. We will train at a steady pace that does not require an exhausting level of physical output.

Boxing Competition

Duration: 60 Minutes

Best For: Experienced to Intermediate, Preparing for competition & sparing

Equipment: Bag Mitts, 16oz Gloves, Hand Wraps, Mouthguard, Head Gear,

Description: A challenging physical session with a focus on improving & practicing individual boxing skills while under fatigue. There is an opportunity for a competitive boxer to prepare for boxing bouts or an intermediate preparing to spa. The Class is run within a safe & respectful yet competitive environment.


















Boxing Sparring

Duration: Warm-up 15 Minutes, 15 - 45 Minutes pending numbers

Best For: Competitive session for boxers that have trained to get to the level to spa & or with previous boxing experience. For those that have not sparred at Doyle Boxing Club, please speak to Brian to organize.

Equipment: 16oz gloves, head Gear, Mouth Garde, Groin Garde, Hand Wraps, Skipping rope, Towel

Description: Sparing, these will be run under the direction & supervision of qualified & experienced coaches. The Round length of 2 min or 3 min and the rest length & intensity will be directed & supervised by the coach in charge. The Class is run within a competitive & respectful environment.

Box Fit

Duration: 45 Minutes

Best For: All Levels, People Looking to Improve their fitness

Description: High-energy boxing, the class will let you go, go, go. It's a great class to get fit & stay fit. The unique boxing workout will test your cardio work your Upper body, core & lower body like no other session. The Class is run within a safe, fun & respectful environment.
